While code related I believe the red 'H' is actually part of a old Dodge emblem left on the ol'Cerberus like the one seen here.
Hmm. I can't seem to access it.
The closest Dodge emblem that I'm aware of is the ram logo.

I don't think it's the Dodge "Ram" emblem though since it really looks more like the Hyperion "H" logo from Borderlands, and I doubt we'll be seeing cameos from CL4P-TP (aka. Claptrap) even if it would be awesomely funny.

Dang lol i was hoping there would have been the 50th today
It's not an 'H' but the two red lines from the Dodge logo, visit just http://dodge.com/en/ and you will see the two lines under the E in the word Dodge. It's probably too pixelated to see the silver Dodge word on that silver grill in detail.Hmm. I can't seem to access it.
