When you get the game, there will be a serial number/code that you will be directed to enter on Trion's website. That'll link everything up.

Definitely not there in mine either, and I've gotten every email from them since the first first Van Bach site plus I have a pre-order code tied to my account. I think that for some of us it's either very delayed, or there was a mix-up of some sort.
