The latter I did like 2 hours ago. The ping is what I just did, seemed to rectify the problem. Btw, I can't be the only one who received a weird email concerning an attempted purchase of a pre-order. I already notified people about this.

I haven't yet myself. I still haven't see the one with code #76 just yet either.

I wonder if Nadar's email is the same one you got Mur?

Could someone post a link to the Code page? The spreadsheet. Been out of commission for a few weeks and didn't carry my bookmarks over to my new PC.

Dihydrogen, to my understanding of the post of who found it, they pre-ordered the game, and got the code with the email confirmation, maybe this isn't accurate, but that was my understanding of it, and Mur didn't mention the code in his weird email, so unless he confirms the code is in that email, then I am thinking I may be right...

Unless the original poster says a link or something to the contrary...

I would think if he got it, others would report getting it to, if it we're like that, maybe we all would get it, as it's now I would still like to see a url of a picture, the email, maybe a picture of a small portion of the email the code was in, so we could confirm it, if we had this, we could also confirm with mur whether the email looked anything like the code email...

I do know that there have been a lot of delays in receiving emails, the last one I got wasn't until several hours after it was first reported. Also, since we no nothing about this email yet until either one links it, the vendor for the pre-order may determine if you get one or not. I agree that at this point we just don't know enough.

I am going to see if I still have the email, but it looked more like someone accessed my account and thought that they could somehow pre-order the game off of it. You know, if I had my credit card information already linked etc. I went through Steam. It was more a warning email from Defiance concerning someone attempted to do this. I was a bit drunk at the time.

Yes, I agree with you, I don't know when people will get it, how many will get it, or even how the code was found in the email itself, whether it was simply text, a picture, or anything else...

I am hoping the original poster will link us to something so we can see...

I didn't even know the details of who all pre-ordered & whether Mur did or not, if he did, he may have gotten the email he was supposed to, and something about it just seemed weird...Mur, if you got the arkfall code in that email maybe link us to something so we can see, if not maybe take a screenshot of the picture so we can see whats so weird anyways?

***At this point we don't know if the code for pre-order was an old or new pre-order & maybe the person who found our ArkFall code got an email relating to a recent pre-order & others wont get any such e-mail...until we get some more info we simply wont know.

EDIT: Maybe, if someone got a hold of your account & I got a warning e-mail I would change my e-mail passwords, steam passwords, trionworlds passwords, basically everything that may be linked in one way to one another, and if you keep password e-mails, change any services where you had e-mails showing the password.
