As far as the Beta codes go, I have 3 xbox pre orders entered in my account. If I get multiple emailed to me I'd be happy to share the other 2. And the xbox store updates at about 3 or 4 in the morning, every morning. But when the servers go up, is when Trion says we will be able to DL on xbox.
