Well It appears to me to have approximately 7 symbols and we are capable of determining that 2 must be combined. To me the 7 is the only confirmed and we can rule out all but DHI13lLiRFKMNBPbk for the remaining characters

I got a 75 for last two and am relatively certain we have a R3 for the first so I believe we currently have R3??75

I have made the image a little brighter but it is still blurry on the code, not very good at this kind of thing.
From what I can see it looks like "R31171" but the ones could always be L's or i's...

It might be, but I don't see any line on the bottom of it to make it a Z.
The more I look at "R" it looks like "1 2" really close together.
Maybe it would be easier if you rotated it so the characters are left to right? All it takes is a basic 90 degree turn from paint or another program.
If you flip it on its side the last digit really does look like a 5 or an unlikely 6 but the scary thing is if you rotate it 90 in the other direction it looks like 5ZMC?? So if you are on a PC take the zoomed and or original save it open in photo viewer rotate ninety counter to see the current R series or rotate clockwise for a series starting with 5.
