No there was never any code there. Just pseudo-codes.

It is basic substitution.... For instance حمت٢در = hmt2dr.

Not really, I could have been more complicated with the Arabic. It wouldn't be a word or sentence, just substituted letters. The alphabets may not line up,directly, but they can be made to so for a six character string.

The point isn't that you could have made it more complicated it's that they probably are much more complicated, again assuming that there are any codes are in Votan at all.
Just because you chose to give an easy example is no reason to suppose they they would do the same. With ligatures, gaps in the alphabets, etc. there is no reason to assume that simple substitutions would work especially when we are missing so much information on the languages.
This seems unproductive until we get more info. Like I said before, others have been trying for sometime and nobody has found anything useful in one of the Votan languages, but hey I'm just stating my opinion.

Sort of... This is more of a sample study. I didn't do this, but this is what I had in mind. We need their number system, which is base 20.

Even in that sample there is 1 symbol for the "T" in Register and another for the "T" in Beta

Afternoon all, how goes the hunt? Off topic, my son is feeling better this morning, and for those that asked, yes they found out it wasn't his appendix before starting surgery thanks to a doctor deciding to do some more blood work before hand. At least we all got some rest last night.
