I think its only 120 before launch, and 30 more post launch

Maybe, but maybe not.
I suspect that it's far more likely they are planning on releasing more than we need is in case we fail to find some. There are already several they we *may* have missed based on earlier hints.
While it's possible they may only have 120 at launch, I rather doubt they don't want us to be playing the game after launch to look for a few more codes if we miss some. Especially since they'll be "all hands on deck" for a while after the launch too.

Indeed - there are more codes out there than just one. Also bear in mind that we have roughly 2 months until we launch and we have over 150 codes in total to release.

This seems to imply that they are planning to release 150 by launch, not after.
Granted I may be wrong, but I think that 150 by launch makes more sense.
That's my opinion at least.

If it's on the internet and I don't have to resort to hacking or tricks to find it...it's been released IMO.

I'm not doing anything anyone else can't do... with the exception of perhaps being a little obsessive.
