Overall, good show, but Datak & his wifes 'narrative' are getting old.

Still liked the episode with Eddie more though, but this one is a close second in terms of favorite episodes so far.
I agree. The Eddie episode is still my personal favorite. I like all the episodes though, haven't seen one I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. But the end of the Eddie episode.... priceless

I loved the episode alot, but I was a little upset, especially when the city council was discussing the fate of the iraths, that noone brought up that "Hey, didn't this same thing happen a few years ago? If we treat the spirit riders like crap, won't they get a little upset... LIKE LAST TIME?" The plotline of this episode was almost exactly what was taught to us in episode three.

I was expecting Amanda to yell at Rafe something along the lines of Didn't you already do this just a few years ago?

i agree. great stuff. I feel as if it is headed in a direction we wont see coming. like they are leading us on with easy predictable things so that we can be super stunned with the big stuff.

I like Daatak cause he's like a thief. He also, lost his edge probably because of the fact he almost died. And in that I found it very interesting, to show his "honor" is not as powerful as his intent. He killed a man who saved his life. interesting.

Nolan almost got clipped. That'd been a game changer, we all know he is the thorn in Daataks side.

How did the Raif not hear the damn castian nurse say about that hailing call?

I am pretty sure, the way his mind was, it might have ended very much the same. Except for the E-Rep guy getting offed.

My prediction is as follows. Raifs whiny son goes off and ends up finding the second piece of the two "relics". He finds the death half. As noticed, the Doc was more interested upon hearing the "life" one had been found. I am guessing that the doctor knows, the two items are part of tec her race invented. My guess, as they were the ones who predicted the end of their planets, created the arcs, and also show no remorse in killing and experimenting on their enemies (humans)...pretty sure Quinn will find his mom and the death item.

Rhynn will come back into the show, finding a way to save her father. Irrisa will help mediate between Nolan and her. Irisa will be a catalist which is required for the two items to merge. as in, her "spiritual" powers. If you seen the wall paintings, only one of the votan race aside from the monkey looking ones seems primitive enough to be using cave paintings.

E-rep will invade defiance in season finale. Also begin construction on the train to San Fran. Train will be big part of the S1 - S2 in between things.

Datak will win election, then be impeached from his wifes affair.

If Rynn is coming back to the show then it will have to be next season. She was only aired for 3 episodes which was the "Pilot", "The Devil In the Dark", and "The Serpent's Egg".

I see. i'm guessing you have some kind of evidence she wont be showing back up in St. Louis by the end of season 1?

Go to Syfy and look for the video "There's A Storm's Coming". There's a quick scene at 47 seconds in where Tommy and a bunch of other irathients are placed on their knees. Rynn is clearly visible next Tommy as one of the hostage takers(looks like E-Rep or perhaps Echelon) shoots an irathient hostage.
