So yeah not only did I not recieve the armor nor lock box but when I sign onto my account it doesn't even register that my friend signed up nor on the game. You know I'm really trying not to give up hope on this game but in all honestly. Not getting season pass rewards. Not getting recruit rewards. It's getting ridiculous I'm about to just say F it. And forget about season pass and just trade game in this is seriously making me angry.
Haven't got my armor either, I did get 3 +1 assault rifle skills, lock boxes, the title, and two inventory slots. Hope it's addressed soon and as for the people I have already invited I hope it counts toward my nomad. I'm still having issues with the power up rewards from gamestop offer with the Riveter outfit, The Purifier and the 15 inventory slots. Have to love that I e-mailed them almost nine days ago finally got a response back, mind you after I e-mailed, opened a ticket in game, and attempted to live chat with support. And them telling me the issue with be closed, when it's clearly been applied to my account, but they require more proof of purchase. What's the point of it being applied and linked to my account when I have to prove it's there all over again. I'd also like to know if my friends I recruited will count after all this is fixed and if the main supporters will be compensated.
A friend of mine read that to get the bonuses, your friend needs to buy an in game store item. Might want to confirm it, but I think that's it.
1.) Make sure when they register and create Trion Worlds account they do so from the share link you can copy from the Recruit a Friend page.
2.) If they are on console, make sure the account link their system to their Trion Worlds account.

i just got another friend to get this game and do all the registering thing. he sat through all the patches and linked his account.....what did i get for recruiting him. a BASIC LOCKBOX and ASSAULT RIFLE skill +1! no suit and no credit for him playing the game? emailed support and nothing back......im bout ready to give up on this. trully!!!!!!
