Thread: Feed me more.

    Feed me more.

So there should be a big summer promo going for the game. SyFy should be blaring this game per popular show characters, per day, and each week. There needs to be more hype I have not played the game yet but watch the show and enjoy it immensely. FEED ME MORE. If the game is as interesting as the show I'm hooked. But either way I'm going to be playing soon enough.

It's fun for what it tries to do. Imagine Rift and Borderlands crossed together, with improvements upon Fallen Earth's combat, and you pretty much have Defiance. I haven't really experienced much bugs aside from stuck emergencies and the occasional invisible or unspawned Arkfall crystal, so my experience has been decent to say the least. I also didn't pay for the game myself, and received it as a gift for my birthday during Steam's weekend sale where they had knocked off 30%. For $40, it's been far more entertainment than that same amount in movie tickets could ever provide, so I'd say it's worth it. Off on a tangent, though, I have doubts that I would've bought it at $60. The gaming industry needs to realize that $60 is just too much of a barrier to entry and go back to $50 for brand new games, but it depends on the cost/benefit ratio for sales of $60 games versus $50 games.

The main Defieance website has it set at $40 bucks but Steam and Origin has it at $60 I'll take a peek on where to find it at $40 bucks. But I plan on playing this game. The show is quite well done, and hopefully the game will continue to go in the same direction soon.

The game of life? Real life

    There is no pause button
There is no restart from last checkpoint.
You have only one life (unless you're a cat)
    If you die, you die.

It's super hard. I can barely play and I cant find any walkthroughs or guides online

True. This was something that was an issue for me. The when I thought about how this game is B2P (buy to play) it made sense. I like it too better than most games that have cash shops because any outfits, vehicles, and headgear you buy carries over to other characters without having to buy it again. So in the long run this game is kind of the most cost effective game out there. Thus, was worth the buy in cost.
