I have a suggestion that'll probably get me banned for time wastingwhen we submit ingame bug reports it sends data to the devs about where we are, what's around us, game conditions etc right?
What if we all go see Charlie, stand next to him, submit a bug report that simply says 'Save Charlie'. This would have to get someone's attention!

At the very least devs, put a cross there to mark his grave, where he has passed on (multiple times, may I add).
Quick guide to finding Charlie via the map:
On the map, there's a 3-way road junction that leads north to Woga Base, southwest to Alamo Park and southeast to Dolores Park (there's also a side-mission 130m north of this point - "It's Chinatown"). If you set a waypoint it should show 685m north of the Overpass fast travel point. He's standing there next to the red chemical puddle.

I feel sorry for Charlie. He stood there, come Arkfall, Dark Matter, Hellbug, Duni or Dodge Challenger. Nothing could keep him down. He was a symbol of determination. And now the devs want to undo all he so valiantly fought for
