Ive gotten some of my things. And they are things Ive actually done.
This is another case of ppl going to tech support and lying about stuff. Main reason here.

just like how a countless number of folks went to tech support and lied about the game deleting their legendary guns to get issued new ones.

If we all make a big fuss about this and play it off like its a real problem then they wont give us any issues in tech support when we DEMAND to have our rewards unlocked. *hehehe* But we gotta make it believable here on the forums first. We'll trick the bastards!
I know it's the internet and smug jerks are the norm, but try and break the vicious cycle and think for a second that just because an issue doesn't effect you it might be effecting others, thinking will be scary at first but I have faith in you.

Honestly.. With Trion's track record, did you think that it would be fixed on the first attempt?
Don't feed the troll guys. People are reporting it because its an issue. The community manager responded because its an issue. Some people parents basements get lonely sometimes... and they need to come make noise on a video game forum, so they can get the attension that they need.
Only had one friend join so far via it, and that didn't work either, the reward for sending 5 emails, however, did.
