Broken Recruit a Friend Program

I'm not having much luck either, I have had three people buy the game and sign up for ark rewards and play and even do arkfalls with me. The only thing I received credit for is the title, lockbox, and inventory slots. Not credit for heavy e-rep armor, no credit for my hellblazer nomad. And still waiting on my digital item pack from gamestop, mind you which is applied to my trionworlds account. But they have repeatedly asked me for proof of purchase repeatedly in various different formats. I have two tickets opened, I just want what I was promised and what was promised when I had other people buy this game. Very unhappy with the costumer service at this point and it's almost a week before I have received a response on both tickets.

Same here. Just got my little brother in on the game and had him sign up, only to find out that his registration to the website was the only thing that I received credit for. He's only played for about an hour or so due to his work schedule, but he's still played the game which means that I should have unlocked the outfit at this point. Instead, I get the shaft. That's a baaad looking EMC Heavy suit too........(sob)...

it worked for me fine ... just saying , maybe the person didnt follow the registration and login process correctly when you didnt get the reward

Sent out some emails so far, those counted. Only one friend has signed up and gotten the game. He linked his account and all (I was there when he was patching the game and made sure he linked the account) and I have yet to unlock the armor as well. I would hope that Trion will fix this and give everyone the rewards they deserve for recruiting people. Especially since more than anything else the reason I did this was to try and get the awesome truck you get for getting 5 people to buy the game. I've got 1 so far but if it doesn't even count why would I bother trying for more? Especially on a game where they've promised us DLC for a while now and have heard nothing on it except a hope that it will be released now in the end of July.
