I have the Haunted Mansion dynamic theme so that it makes a crow sound instead of tinktink.. lmao xD

also. . if using certain av systems, the audio codec for the menu sounds and what is played through movies/games are all different, and an av system, while able to auto detect and change up (some of them) it may take a moment to do this, and in that moment there will be no sound, so if making few movements with enough time between, you will hear nothing.

general political bs. you know USFK doesn't want to move. they keep finding reasons to stick around. dongducheon city council is literally foaming at the mouth, just in waiting to get their hands on the land. if you were here when gary owen was in munsan, you wouldnt even know it existed today. got a month long gunnery starting next week at rod. whole thing is almost paved over now. not the dirt trails you probably saw. the planned full turnover of command is supposed to be late 2014/early 2015 now. they're spending big bucks to make a NEW joint command center. lots of shenanigans. i wouldnt recommend coming back. lol

very familiar, as I made many of the passes through to those ranges. That mountain behind the "soccer" field that went to MPRC or w/e they call it now, I blew that cut through there, along with a couple bridges near the field that were of no use and fail.

while I am apprehensive and untrusting of what NK might do, and as much as we boosted local economy with our presence, I think it is time they do stand on their own. I miss being there though.. should have stayed, might not be missing body parts then.
@id actually payed for me to attend the 4yr college there (it specializes in Tae Kwan Do and its philosophy), was a long time practitioner, and one of the few people I ever heard of helping instruct the ROK in TKD (they are pretty racist about it really, and would not permit me to go beyond 4th degree through kukkiwon).. needless to say, I had a pretty decent job lined up for me there, and decided to head back to 101st for sapper school...

Well, I don't have to talk too much then about keeping it clean there, we know it's one of those places where it is really easy to get in trouble as people tend to act like anything goes..
