I noticed in the patch u said u were fixing clan boosts. I'm wondering about the clan boost I bought recently that didn't work. Will I be compensated or given a boost in the near future? I submitted a ticket in game and just got the usual automated reply that u guys were busy.

Don't plan on it happening. Look at the track record, we will fix this oh wait 3 patches to fix said bug and 15 bugs have resulted.... I'm just biding my time on defiance. Once the ps4 is released, bye bye Xbox and defiance. And I'm never touching a trion product again. While yes the boosts don't cost much and honestly $10 isn't going to break me, it's the principle of paying for a product and expecting to get everything I paid for. I have yet to receive that.... Makes me wish I never bought the season pass....
