there needs to be a ban and monitoring of hackers i was playing and my whole team was hacked by enemy team and my guy had slow on him for the entire match could barely move the hacker must have added slow to my whole team, because every spawn i could move or run as if i was slowed by tar element, but i had no tar on me. stop cheating and please trion try to make a program that monitors who keeps hacking your game.

Except that this is a known bug, and not something that some "hacker" did on purpose.

usually happens when you join while being affected by that stuff
