I have a lot of trouble sleeping - have since I can remember. It sucks. I usually stay up later t help, since I know I'll be getting less sleep anyway. Under only extreme circumstances do I get OUT of bed once I've been asleep for a little bit. There's always the hope that I'll get 30 minutes here and there. I tend to wake up a minimum of four times nightly.
