    Would you play ...

    A zombie survival coop map?

No inventory, no vehicle, no grenades, no EGO powers.

Just you and your mates, white hand gun each, and a handful of bullets.

Zombies drop items and ammo as usual so you can use whatever they dropped after you kill them.

Fun? As it is an alternative game mode which may be harder than normal without all the advantages we are used to. Or boring? Too much of the same in other games which does it better? Your views?

Defiance does not have zombies, so point is moot. (Afflicted are not zombies as they are not dead.)

    Someone who understands!

Change it to a rush of skitterlings... A rush of 1000 skitterli-- Oh wait, no, sorry. Console players would lag so we wouldn't be allowed to. Damned 8 year old hardware!

I probably would to be honest. Like a siege mode of a single point, but with infected or skitterlings and only white pistols.

I worked hard to slowly acquire gear that I like so any game mode that basically prevents me from using all of that is something I would not play. I'm not saying that it wouldn't be fun for folks who like that sort of stuff, but it's just not for me.

No, it should be an instanced siege with just a single player against Hellbug Archers and you're on a small platform that you die if you fall off.

I'm trying to build some survivor elements like limited ammo and stuff.

If you can use all the big guns and powers, it wouldn't actually work well.

I meant, zombies are only scary when you are a normal human, not when you are superman.

a Zombie coop map sounds good. But not with out EGO and Inventory, you just took the game out of the game...

i love the idea, sans the limited ammo thing. i would prefer a fortified position with ammo cache, and waves of stuff to shoot. force the team to cooperate by switching off firing and reloading while others reload and rearm.

Isn't that already Left 4 Dead? COD Zombies?

My Point is many other games are doing this and Trion needs to do something different.

*oh look data recorder gotta run*
