    That is probably the best advice many people in the world need to hear (especially bratty 16 year old who still live off mommy and/or daddy).

    It's not a luxury, it's sound planning and intelligent decision making. If you're doing something that you hate that doesn't pay well, and you're not a college student, I'd sit down with a good life counselor and discuss your future. It's your life, you need to take charge of it because it's unlikely that someone else will be doing it for you.

    Think of it this way;

    Minimum wage is $7.15, after taxes take home (for the sake of math) is $6. This means some poor smuck out there must work 10 hours to pay for a $60 game.

    If that work is not fun then hard earned is the word. Let face it someone is being payed to do something it is not fun, because if it were fun they would have volunteers doing it for free. And if it is fun and you are being paid to do it, you will have a boss whose job it is to leech every bit of fun out of it.

    I'd say my money was pretty hard to earn. The military is not a carrier for the faint of heart, mind, and body. Nothing like waking up at 5 in the morning, and running a freaking marathon without being allowed to eat or shower or anything first to, "simulate the conditions of the field."

    FAIL!

    i get what your trying to say but your just wrong. You can plan all you want, make every decision right and it doesn't guarantee you ****. I'm not saying it doesn't help but there are plenty of situations where it just doesn't work like that.

    I planed everything out to be an animator, ended up in the military. Life doesn't take kindly to planing.

    I work 7 days a week at a job I hate so my wife can stay with our infant, I'm there for about 10hrs a night sometimes more. I deal with *******s, deadlines, overbearing bosses, and not nearly enough pay.

    My money is hard earned, I'm not even one of the people your talking about, but you should look at the bigger picture not everyone I as lucky as you.

    So the term hard earned money fits.

    Think about it 60$ to some people is more then a single days pay....

    It's so easy to sit back and laugh at us little people who have to do jobs we don't like, while you sit fat and happy doing what you love isn't it... Must be nice living in your world. A world that you have to brag about online... Your awesome.
