The game is great is all I ve seen all over the forums. Boosts are great. Trion is great....
Really now?!? ....Do you know the average person has lost bits randomly (including me) which obviously translates to real money. So it's not just $60 bucks. Factor this in: lets say the average gamer drops $10 in bits and only gets $1 worth of that. Now factor in let's say 200-300 people fall under the average gamer category. That's $9 a person that trion pocketed from knowing the boosts didn't work since the game was released. So $9 x 300 people=$2,700.00 stolen from the average gamer. Now factor in huge clans like browncoats 2,300 members and lets say half of them drop $20-$50 worth of bits and only received maybe $10 worth or less each player. That's roughly $40 stolen from each player.
So that's 1,150 people x $40 =$46,000.00! Now do the math even factoring in only average gamer (probably more than actually a few thousand) and clans (actually around 200,000-300,000) that's $48,700.00 stolen from the gaming community purchased under the technical terms item not as described since most clan boosts were not working since day one and trion knew that. I have proof backing up my facts about them failing to take down a broken product. I m not sure about anyone else, but I do not like getting robbed blindly and being told yep we know about it and mocked by a community for it. I bet there's a few hundred thousand players ready to agree with me that trion needs to do something besides give a auto generated smiley face in reply to a ticket about lost bits or boosts and actually refund the players with the boosts they were promised. I don't care what happens with trion to be honest. They are deceitful and just wanted us to line their pockets under anyway necessary, including ripping everyone off and selling defective micro transactions and knowing they didn't work.
I m not sure about anyone else but I m ready to get my bits and boosts back under not only terrible customer service received but the sheer fact they knew it didn't work and continued to sell them. I have gm's stating they knew boosts weren't working and that was received only days after the game came out. I know I m shorted at least $10-$15 easily if not more if I count boosts not being able to be used due to social not working, boosts not being seen by friends ect.
So needless to say its been long enough that trion has dragged their feet over a refund to everyone. I don't care if its bits or boosts as long as I finally get what I paid for. And for those haters out there, I do like the game but honestly after this, I m never touching another trion game again cause they run a company just wanting to get Rich whatever way possible. And in regards to threads being closed about negative stuff, well it's a community not a pr area for the game. This game is far from perfect and being its operatorated and used by people there's way different view points and a lot of us are not pleased with trions lack of respect towards gamers and the sheer fact their caught promising crap they still have yet to do. Example, dlc was supposed to be released back in June and content was supposed to be out at least once a week. That doesn't mean data recorders being grabbed for 15 minutes because they hired the wrong people then had to let them go.
If the teams weren't fired only a few weeks after the game came out, we'd have our dlc, our content, better customer service, and lastly and more importantly- the game actually working. I for one have just bided time on tis game till destiny comes out and I ll never look back at this game again nor will I ever recommend it to one of my friends as it will always be broken.
