Anybody else think defiance is boring?

I can put up with alot of **** like getting kicked off the server or whatever bugs they need to fix I'm not worried about it it's an MMO they will fix it eventually. But increasing the time between arkfalls? Honestly are you ****ing kidding me trion.. That's practically the only thing there is to do in this game now even tho it's insanely repetitive like everything else there is to do. I'm fine with waiting for new content but they are taking away what we have before releasing new things. In conclusion way to go trion everybody's going to sell your game now.. MMOs are all about keeping the community happy and trion has pissed everyone off. I hope when the new consoles come out people really put work into their games again too keep people playing them instead of making them just well enough so they can collect their 60 dollars.

i loved the game when it came out. tooooo excited about it. i even watched the show. but now? i think i stopped watching the show at like episode 6? and the game? shoot dont even get me started. ive been waiting patiently for something new. my ego level is 1000 something and still nothing has changed. maybe the enemies but still thats like almost nothing. they promised us dlc and i have yet to see that happen. this game had so much potential. unfortunately Trion doesnt think its time to drop a dlc. even though its been months since they announced the dlc. but whatever. i do believe that if they were consistent and they did drop the dlc like they said they were going to, then maybe the playerbase in defiance wouldnt have dropped so significantly. people are tired of waiting. people are bored with this game. so the obvious choice was to move on. get another game. or even do anything besides playing a "used to be fun" and now, boring *** game.

I think defiance is an awesome game but it's dying fast through lack of content. I pop it on at least once a week in the hope to have fun and kill some time but after 20 min or so I'm bored and switch it off.

I'm a plumber by trade so don't now alot (nothing) about programming but I can't see what kind of problem they could have for holding back on the dlc? (If they have said why please send me the link).there losing players fast and need something to keep the ones they have and have any hope in getting back the ones they've lost

Guess I am an Oddity. I am still enjoying the game, I am at 2900ish ego and still having fun. I am doing the pursuits, not even half way done with the story- I guess I just am enjoying it too much finish it.
That being said the lack of content has made this game stale for the normal players who play this game. Trion has been moving at a snails pace with new content, events, weekend challenges, and other things to keep people playing and coming back for more.
I am sure Trion may have bitten more then they could handle when the took this project- but since I got the game in april/may up to today- I seen vast improvement in the game, content and other issues that plagued the game at launch. If they continue this trend, I see this game getting better and better as Trion settles into a groove.

So as I think I understand it there was 1 guy working as the main guy on defiance. Well he has now been replaced thank God by someone else and is now left with this mess of a game to fix. I am no longer on Xbox I am now on Ps3 but since this new guy took the job of fixing this mess I have noticed vast improvements to the game.

When this first DLC drops in my opinion it will show the direction of this game, this new guys skill at fixing games and commitment to the game.

Dlc won't bring back players in my opinion because every1 is so disappointed with the game that from what they said it's gonna have which Isn't much will bring every1 back and when they see after all this time they added a car with 4 seats PvP against friends (/all stuff borderlands started with I believe) and a new character to look at (cosmetics) only real thing is new arkfalls and siege and I'll put 2 weeks and ppl will get super sick of it....

If the glitches were taken care of the really awful ones that should have been nailed down before release that would really help out a TON. They have a good base to start with here they could really turn it around if they got in some good programmers. Or perhaps it is not the programmers rather the lack their of or the company not really caring as it is just to gather some profit off it fast. Who knows.

I mean it could be like the Star Trek game that released. It was awful I had it pre-order. Worst mistake ever, the npc's on that game were just so stupid sometimes they would get stuck or would not move or you could pass through them like they were not present. The game never worked for me co-op wise and after the first 2 days I traded it in. Trion is at least more capable. I still have some faith that they will get these glitches fixed. Then design and offer some more challenging or intricate missions or something.

I think they need to have factions. Maybe PvP would be enjoy able. Also the fact that Ego 5,000 is equal to Ego 10 is crap. It would actually get some of these kids playing there characters. So for low Ego lvl kids crying about stuff not fair. Well play the damn game and lvl. Its crap how everything is equal. Also make there be a real difference between green, blue, purple, and OJs. Its so lame. Coops should be alot harder and better drops. Maybe everytime you reset weapons mastery it either gives you a new roll or improves one of the rolls you already had. Idk I just think its stupid that someone just starting can deal just as much damage then some who has put in the hours of grinding to 5,000
