This game may be a mmo in the fact that it is massive multiplayer but it does not play or feel like a mmo. This game feels like you get penalized for being a higher level player. The only thing I have seen that my higher level weapons do different from my lower level weapon ones did is keep them from being given to my lower level friends to use.

There is no real varying of character to make one look and feel uniquely your own. The classes of character do not seem to have any baring on the game, and none on your skill tree what so ever. To be honest I have solo'ed the game three times already because frankly I can not be bothered to repeatedly run the same coop maps over and over again. Even when I play with my friends and clan mates doing the story mode it does not hold as an mmo. Much of the story mode is solo play and the ones that are not it is just a pain to travel with someone to the quest then lose phase with them only to have to rejoin and start miles away at some time.

Other than coop and pvp the only that that felt mmoish is ark falls and sieges.

At the moment i'm on the fence here. Yes it's getting boring, i'm playing less and less each time i log on and its got to the point were i dont log back if i get a timed out disconection were i used to. And the bugs and glitches are unwelcome (and please dont point out wow's own faults when launched these two games can not be compared, on size alone u cud put the whole of defiance in ironforge and surounding hills and still not have the same amount of content) and trion should be on them that affect all players first instead of worrying about some winging pvp'ers shotty not working proper. Specialy the glitched arkfalls there defiance bread n butter. But here's the thing, this game has scope and it has so much unrealised potential story wise which could become content. It can if they pull there socks up be a great game. So i live in hope. I even bought the season pass this week so it betta

Yea game is way boring they are not gonna give us the dlc for at least another month or more, and they make it not worth wanting to play. I have bought 67 tier 3 lock boxes thats 201 items out of those 201 items i've only received 2 purples and no oranges, so that makes 199 blue and green items which is just freaking stupid.

I also have noticed the bonus loot weekend is worthless also 95% of drops are white items which give no money or ark salvage. make the drops more green and blue but that would require people to have a brain and trion is full of freaking idiots.

Game was super fun now it is completely stupid same dumb arse repetitive crap over and over. Give us the freaking dlc already still wont bring me back but it might get me to play a little longer but probably not. Trion does not care about us, if they did they would let us know whats going on but they will not tell us anything.

I have a shelf and a half of 360 games, and there are some REAL misstakes in there. I understand being unhappy with a purchase, but when I am I put the damn game away and move on. Why waste so much time and energy trolling the forums of a game you don't like or want to play?

Same but until ESO hits the streets for me lol. The only chief complaint I have about this game is that PvP is the most cookie-cutter pile of bs I've seen in any of the "multiplayer" games I've played. There are only two games that I've actually LIKED the PvP in; One, is Dark Souls (Demon Souls goes without saying). And the second is the MMO I recently quit, Star Wars The Old Republic.

Because if we all just took it in the *** like you and didn't tell them what they need to fix or add what would we have, that's right a big pile of defiance oops spell check mixes that and **** all the time pretty sure its cuz they go hand in hand. If they would actually just post game info on their site I'd feel better about the game but all they want is viewers for their show

I'm EGO 4965, my time is now spent leveling Pistols from 13 to 20 and Rocket Launchers a couple of more levels to hit the 5000 cap.

I kill Hulkers over and over and over and over, then mix it up some with a few emergencies and main missions (6th run through of the main storyline).

Sometimes it's boring, but I remember the journey behind me and remember that it was good. And I look at the journey ahead of me (which in my view involves collecting one of each weapon type of EGO 5000 and the color Orange and adding appropriate mods) and think of the fun I'll have doing that.

So no, not really bored, more 'in the grind' which I get in all MMOs, but I'm near the end of it and can see fun ahead, something which most other MMOs keep dangling in front of you on a stick but never really allow you to reach.

You know, its like any other media. Sometiems I look at a book or movie (or game) and think "this looks like something I would enjoy." Then I get into and realize "not so much so." Sometimes it is because the content was bad, sometimes because the advertising didn't really represent the product, but most of the time it is just a matter of taste. I get disappointment. I just don't understand the rage and attempt to push other users away from the game that I see in this forum all the time.

If your goal is to impprove the game then I can tell you you are going about it the totally wrong way. No one likes *****ing or wants to hear. More over, when you create something, esp something that takes as long a a game, it becomes personal. No one wants to hear their child is a bag of **** no matter how true. Being more constructive would likely get you much further. Even if you must rage there are better ways to do it. Scraming "I spent $XX and someone better make me happy before I leave" just makes me want to tell you that "no one is stopping you from leaving now" and this comes from the prospective of having been a small business owner.
