May I cancel my pre-order, please ?

Someone said: "I'll leave with this: If it is "so bad" then you don't have to play it. You CAN cancel your pre-order anytime before the game launches and get your money back."

Does anyone know how to do this ? And ,surely, you all do know WHY i'm asking

This isn't the place to make that request. You need to contact customer support of the company that you pre-ordered from.

Indeed. I had made a pre-order from Trion and could cancel it without problems (I wanted to pre-order it from another place). I just had to chat with this very kind support person on the live chat and after having provided some information, it was canceled and my money was return that same minute.
