Getting kicked from Instances?

I've been running co-ops all day and as of the past few hours everytime I join one, half way through the results screen shows up, I get rewarded, XP given and then clicking continue forces me out of the co-op.
It's happened 3 times in 30 minutes now, so I'm not thinking it was because I was kicked.

Yeah I've had this happen a lot. If you leave or are kicked from a co-op instance the game tracks you still. when that instance finishes you see the results screen much like the arkfalls. I think the problem is that when you leave the results screen its coded to kick you back to the main game world regardless of whether you are still in that original instance.

if your removed from an instance for whatever reason and try to rejoin straight away, make sure you get the same people or you will get kicked when they complete that map. its easy to get stuck in a loop or finding a new match then getting kicked so sometimes its best to wait for the results screen and then search again

I basically had the same problem yesterday on XBOX 360. Only difference was that instead of being put back in-world, it kept kicking me from the game servers. I was getting kicked from the servers all day long and it wasn't just during co-ops.

Usually I have this happen after a bad run where we fail or I have to leave cause of a bug. Relogging usually fixes it. On PC. And odd side note, why have I never heard that voice over before from your video?

You have audio on right? Sound effect, ambient? I don't have music on since I sometimes play my own, so my guess is you have either one of those turned off.
It always plays for me when I go to Motherlode, always.

For a stretch of time this was CONSTANTLY happening to me while I was trying to get the co-op achievements. It was infuriating.

I have music and player voice off, but I don't see why that would disable voice over. Wieeeerdness.
