i need helpit is not letting me chat in chatbox on PC

where is says press enter to chat i do that and i cant see my typing idk what the problem is ... is anyone else having these issues please help me if you know whats wrong

sorry I can't help, and odds are you won't get much information out of this place either. they'd rather complain about the removal of a pointless NPC in the middle of nowhere then attempt to help another player

I'm not positive on pc since I play ps3. But it does happen to me as well and I just usually have to relog to fix it

try re-logging in and see if that works, I have experienced similar problems with the chat freezing or whatever every once in awhile when playing on PC and re-logging in fixed the problem
