I had to delete and re-download my Profile after that I was in every time without an issue. Some people just don't know how to conduct a forum search.

I am curious as to how it might work though.

Is there something about profiles that have changes since some of us created ours?

Are some profiles just corrupted and don't work properly?

I know my friend just logged in without a single problem, so it's definitely tied to people gamertags somehow...

i just bought this xbox slim right before borderlands 2 came out and i have tried the cloud storage and tried HDD and tried logging out of profile then log back in at that screen and nothing works been trying for 20 minutes straight and nothing also this is the third time i uninstall then reinstall and nothing im just running out of ideas also i already have $140 paid off for the ultimate collectors edition too which i might not buy if im unable to read and play im stuck between a rock and a hard place cause i really wanted this game been waiting for over a year and a half now i just dont know what to do just feel like HULK SMASH EVERYTHING and im usually a patient guy too

Try deleting and re-downloading your profile. Seemed to work for me and others have said it works for them. Just be sure you remember the email/password for your account.

if you delete your profile and the redownload do you lose your gamer profile pic cause then one i have is a picture i took with the camera and its a picture of my ex-girlfriends well you know so i dont want to lose pic cause everyone of my friends love it lol

this is so much fun ive been having the past 3 days wow this is a blast just sitting at defiance login screen omg this is the best beta i ever played keep hitting the A button on the controller then getting the critical screen repeat do over and over and over and over and over and over and over im definately buying this game i never had so much fun in my life THANKS FOR the great experiance iam having with this beta

have you not tried any of the sugestions that forums users have said? to try, and what country are you in?
