Anyone else having Mic issues in game

I know of atleast 56 people who could not use there Mics has anyone else had this issue, Keep in mind I am playing on the PS3 Game Console. I just hope it is fixed by release or this game is in serious trouble, seeing that a mic is essential for any FPS this one more so.

Come to think of it I haven't used my mic in-game.

Some others around here said they were having issues.

2 issues I have expirenced with mics.

There have been players that i just can't hear but yet they say they have working mics.

During the beta the audio from people talking sounded like you were in the bathroom and it had an echo sound to it. Also like a strobe effect, where sound kept cutting in and out really fast making it hard to understand the people talking.

Only had this happen in beta, the audio in Alpha seems to work just fine.
