Stopped playing Shadow War because it's way too glitchy, spawn times are completely random, and Freight Yard offers the same experience.

Seriously, it took me 15 seconds to load one time, and the other team had all 3 cap points. Plus, the only place I can get into a SW is Mount Tam, and that's the worst area to play in. The spawns are awful.

I only do Shadow Wars if a clanmate needs a hand. San Fran Shadow Wars are very rarely glitchy because very few people go there, and rarely anything eventful happens. However Derby and I did a Shadow War in Madera near Bolinas Plant with lots of Vulge events screwing with us... Every time we'd respawn, the lag and glitchy frame rate hit a lot of high notes... Hell we both lagged outta Defiance right after the match, and a good 6-12 people lagged out during the match.

Also, Derby and I were getting killed quite a bit because of the Vulge's auto-aim lasers shooting at us while we were cloaked, basically marking us for the other team for easy kills... As if raiders hitting us with every smg bullet was bad enough in Shadow Wars...

Nah, you only do it when you know you're going to die. Any other time you just use Blur and go for the kill. Pretty sure I dropped you 5 or 6 times yesterday.

Yeah most of your kills came from when I was distracted trying to kill somebody else. Also, you're not in every single PVP match to see how I play or when I bunny hop. I don't care how many times somebody has killed me in a match, I'm playing for fun. Yeah I don't do well close range, but I'm working on it, like I said I'm mostly playing for fun and to get captures to help my team win. I'm not going to target somebody and try to kill them 20 times just to boast about it later.

Random thought, has anyone tried a bull rush pistol in PvP to see if it knocks other players down? Would be a great way to piss bunny hoppers off.

Yes, don't waste your time. The chance for knock down for players must be really low if there is one at all. You're better off with the atv.

You don't do well at close range because you have no idea how to play at close range. You know why? Because you only run with Infector/Cloak or Infector/Blur. If you get bio'd, you're done for. And yeah right, you don't play for caps. You side-strafe all over C spamming your Infector. I don't target you. I see you, I kill you, simple as that. I have nothing against you.

Pistol sucks in PvP because you have to be super accurate, which is kind of hard because the tight aim/hip aim sensitivity tied to the same setting, which it shouldn't be. I've had some luck with Blasters though, since you can kinda spray with those.
