Ideas for more Hidden Vendors/Undiscovered Things

I used to see the Vendor Defense emergency a lot until the plague hit, then I did not see one at all until today. Here are just a few of the myths/rumors/bigfoots I've stumbled across:

The 4th Hidden Vendor. There used to be one you could trigger at Heaven's Gate. Since the Pied Piper missions, Trion left the rogue E-Rep soldiers on one of the docks that used to have raiders that needed to be killed in order to spawn the vendor, thus eliminating it entirely. Heaven's Gate used to also appear when you were in the area on your HUD, now it is not named at all. Also, someone has stated as to know another 4th hidden vendor location, however, he did not show this weekend as stated AND the people he said he had shown it to have not come forward and verified the authenticity.

Scavenger Snipers. We collectively (and after a lot of community arguing) have come to believe that these weapons existed at one time. However, anyone who had one has claimed that they have turned into Stalkers or another synergy after a patch. That is highly believable.

Electric Shot Converters. Maybe they were in alpha or beta, I've even seen a pic online of one. But I have never seen any in game, I am a mod trader and know all of the big-time traders on NA PS3. None of whom have seen it either.

Syphon Shot Converters. I just heard about this one from a clanmate who said he has seen one back in April that someone had. Whether they existed and suffered the same fate as a scavenger sniper, who knows.

100% HP Regen Shields. CONFIRMED. Only available in an ARK version of a shield, which is rare by itself.

I'm sure I've heard more, but cannot remember as it is late here. What other things have you guys heard/seen/etc?

thats why i call emergency vendor a inbetween it has most times for me 3 specials but the rest is standard normal vendor

i seen syphon shotgun converter in my first 2 weeks of playing aint seen it since my brother had a toxic melee magnum (the gassy symbol toxic) which went blank after the patch that reverted shotgun mags....

the shotgun mag patch changed alot of synergies to random crap from i have noticed

They should add more, the 3 known ones are all in the same area, we need more hidden away in nooks to make exploring more interesting.

The rescue vendor emergency is just a random quest, I wouldn't count it in the same class as its not always there. Its fairly regular but not always on the stretch of road, you sometimes get a 99ers roadblock there instead.

I still think there is a hidden vendor in San Fran somewhere, I went exploring yesterday down in the southwest shoreline area and found nothing. I would think they would have one down there somewhere since they have 3 of them in the northern part of the map. I'd love to find something new. lol I hope they keep Charlie in the game and put him in unique locations daily. They should set it up to where only one person can interact with Charlie once found and then he's gone til the next day. The winner each day would get a random purple weapon or something.
