I have come up with a solution for the world size and lack of content..

Remove all vehicles and quick travel points from the game.

No really, hear me out. This came to me while beta testing another game in which you don't get mounts till mid level... people complain that the world is so small, and that the story is to short... well one way to make that work with the current game is simply disable all the vehicles. Without Challengers and Hannibals, or quick travel the game is actually quite huge. I tried running around to each and every vendor location on foot today, starting at the very beginning and it felt like it took hours.

Imagine how much larger the story would feel if you had to run to each new mission instead of mount up and drive. So thats my solution. No more vehicles or quick travel. It could totally work.

no I am not being serious.

No, I don't like that idea. I enjoy jumping my vehicles over hill tops too much to agree with your idea.

This "idea" is not actually a new concept. I played Everquest on the PS2. We had to run everywhere. We wished for a mount or vehicles to make travel faster. I like idea of getting a vehicle early. I wish they hard more variety of vehicles to choose from.

Essentially you're taking out core features of the game(content) in regards to the vehicles, pursuits etc. That's 100% counter intuitive to your concern.

Removing vehicles and and fast travel points doesnt change the world size nor increase the lack of meaningful content. It creates just yet another attempt to misdirect.

More content with more world to explore in those regards would be meaningful. You're going the opposite direction.

Nope. People would just start a time trial to get where they wanted to go.

Going back to the Alpha when emergencies rewarded a key for completing would be best. As there is no auction house or banking, it's not like this would impact the nonexistent economy. It would encourage exploration.

Not a bad idea in fact, it seems to me that it's what they use in other games

(I remember that I had to walk, walk and walk in swtor, so many times that I was tired for my toon).

Oh I know it, I remember running from Freeport to Qyenos as a low level to play with a friend. No SOW or Selo's either. Took me hours just to cross the Plains of Karanas. Good times. Nothing as bad as falling off the boat to Kundark though and having to swim for four hours for fear of losing my gear. Them were the days.

The world isnt that small, idk who is complaining about that... And look outside the map, see all that grey? Yeah, thats getting filled in with DLC's.

When? well uh... your guess is as good as mine lol...

Basically, you suggest the game become more like Fallout, without fast travels?? no ty. id never play either without Fast Travels.

One of the times the boats broke, prior to the Luclin Expansion, the boat disappeared under me in Erud's Crossing and I had to sit on the island dock /who ing for a weekend waiting for a druid or wizard to enter the zone...
