too bad that doesnt explain anything, Muffins. if it said "5% DMG Charge", then that would make sense, 5% lost per second. But it doesnt explain that or how 0% effects the time of Drain.
the DMG Charge on a Heavy Coiler (Par Terr Vendor only), is 0%, the same with EVERY SINGLE BMG IN GAME... only it always comes with a -0.06 DMG Charge... So it still remains, How does -0.06 DMG Charge effect a 0% DMG Charge?
I personally think this is a bug. Every single BMG has 0% DMG and Heal Charge. The only randomly thought up way i can guess that these 2 numbers mean; is when it stops you from using it and starts to Charge back up. so say, "@ 0%, it starts to Charge up again."... but it makes no sense either, since if it worked that way youd go -6% Charge while doing DMG before the Coiler had to recharge to 100%... which would be nice tbh, but isnt how it works lol.
I have no idea actually. I just know the Heavy Coiler is BOSS for single-target BMG'ing (Motherlode). the charge-used is soooooo slow =) (but it doesnt link, thats why i said Single-target).
