Im mad because either i dont get anything useful for my effort to collect keycodes/ark salvage, or i got only crap.
That was the reason to abandon Diablo III.

Random is as random does, thus the need to organize trade with other players. If anything, push for an in game AH, or at least a decent chat system. (which I hear is coming)

Hmmm, let's see where to start.

First orange I got was a 106 Infector. I can't tell you how many keycodes went into purchasing boxes but I'd guess well above the average. If I had 200k in salvage (I use every loot drop perk I have and have had boosts mostly since I started the game), I'd spend it on keycodes more than on adding mod slots. In fact, I sometimes lost keycodes because I had 75, so I was often forced to use them. I've gone to more arkfalls than I can even remember in order to get keys and stuff to salvage and salvage.

Ok, next orange I got was at around 2600, with a shield. A gazillion lockboxes later at level 3200, I got an orange grenade launcher.

And yet there are others that say they get lots of oranges every day and I know they don't buy as many boxes as I do. Am I irrationally, uncontrollably jealous and even somewhat angry-you bet. I've heard it all-"buy only tier 3", "no no no, buy only tier 4", "well I buy 2 tier 2s then a 3 and then a 4", "buy one someone just bought from", "spawn on a friend, leave his phase, then buy a box", and more. There's no formula to assure you will get one-there isn't even a rational lottery ticket way to play to even feel like you have a chance, unless you just always keep getting them. But I've seen people complain about always getting oranges and then suddenly they can't seem to get any-too bad, so sad.

I have no desire to participate in this stuff. It's totally ridiculous-people paying or asking millions in scrip for an orange weapon when I may well already have a very sufficient or even better purple. What has been happening is far too many people are considering ways to make real money out of this and more online trading only skews the system even further than it already is.

Today i spent like 75 keycodes + 120k ark salvage (turned into keycodes) + like 18 scrip just to find NOTHING!
This is getting stupid and removes the fun from the game.
Ok, i know legendary items must be RARE but this is insane!
Last time i spent like 320k ark salvage + some money (dont remember how much exactly) and i fount same thing as today!
So Trion, either boost legendary item stats or make them a bit easy to obtain.
And we all know, some of these really SUCK!
For instance:
Cluster shot shotgun: base damage (before passive skills) is 800,
white version may stay at 800,
green version may be like 850,
blue version can be 900,
purple version can be 900,
and orange (legendary) can be lets say 1000!

This IS real weapon progression! Not random stats when you grow your EGO!

4-tier, ego 866.... 1 orange light machine gun....

It is all luck.... but honestly... blowing 64 keycodes on a slim chance is better then nothing...

well said m8,ive had exact same as echo,i shudder the amount of boxes i have bought,i have 6 decent legendarys,all form t3 boxes,ITS 6% form t3s 8% from t4s,ask a gm that will actually be COOL!!!fav being northstare flare with vet n shock/+8 mag/-30% ac/10% ego b on kill,ect/ect,its TOTALLY RANDOM,some are js more lucky who have hit the 20+ mark,i literally cant be bothered to get to ego cap,at mid 3000 at mo,sdone allpursuits basically/all acjievements.WHERES THE BLOODY DLC!!!!AND to ADD !!!!! But I'll still take a white SAW over it any day.
