So trion really dosent care about there xbox player

overall i give trions customer support a 3/10 now dont get me wrong at first they did a really good job about fixing issues but lately there live chat support has'nt been working for almost a month now and i've had an in-game ticket open for 2 weeks and finally got 1 reply to the 3 tickets i have open, it really seems like they either dont care about any of there players to just not have there live chat working or it could be the fact that they got rid of too many people, i dont know but i've had everything from clan boosts working to the server just being absolute shtako the last couple weeks, i rember one week was really bad and it seemed like they lost alot of players which is wy there now doing "Recruit a friend" i dunno but i really think trion needs to get there shtako together or else there about to lose even more players, i dunno but me and my clan are no longer buying bits or spending anymore money on defiance altogether till they fix all this these stupid issues
