Same here. Trion has addressed this issue and it is a problem with the current version of the beta. The issue will (read: should) be resolved in the retail version.

I have a launch console that can't make it thru ANY Arkfall events. Not even one, yet. I'm pretty discouraged, so I hope it is a beta issue and will be resolved in the retail version. Ive read a few threads about freezing here, and I am (or was) certain it's my xbox. Otherwise, I am really enjoying this game.

It has been stated that the Beta is a bit hard on launch consoles but the final game should not cause any problems.

And I finally got to complete my first major arkfall last night. Since I play later there were not usually enough people online but we pulled it off. Stuff is pretty awesome
