So I did 10 arkfalls today. Lol and 8 out of 10 I got first place. I know loot was turned off for beta. I just can't wait for launch cuz I'm gunna get lots of loot lol

Getting first place in an arkfall isn't really that difficult. Not with the amount of players there are in Beta. Wonder how it will turn out with more players, and not so frequent arkfalls.

Makes me wonder how the ranks are calculated.

Did a major arkfall yesterday. Solo'd one of the crystals, and destroyed another 2 or 3 crystals with others, and I kept aiming for the weak spots.

With the boss, I destroyed one of his critical spots on my own, 2 other spots with the other players. As for the boss that spawned out of that larger.. thing, I always had firepower on that thing. Came in 5th or so.

From the scoreboard it seemed to be based on damage done. So someone who spent the whole arkfall shooting weakspots would get a higher rank than someone who spent it not shooting weakspots.

Yes! It was driving me nuts not getting anything for that.
