I'm seeing a lot of posts about the latest patch...should I wait to patch or what?

Patched twice, download each time. Rebooted. Loaded up, patch was applied without downloading, servers available = happiness. Haven't noticed any problems.

I played yesterday fine, now today it keeps downloading and downloading, I tried the dashboard trick, did not work, then it finally finished and said Patch Error, ive heard to can uninstall it then try again, can someone explain how I can uninstall the patch and try again? I have no idea how to do this, or any other tricks that might work?

I started patching about 20 minutes ago. It downloads then saves content, downloads and saves content again, over and over. This can't be right.

Well just got the critical error message. Now to dashboard and see if it fixes itself.

They need to hire competent programmers.

patched while working from home. good thing too. took 3-4 times and several hours. had to restart once.
starting to think this is some sick game trion devs play with those few of us left...

Hey dude... was it that after the patch attempted its install that you received the "fail" message, you dashboarded, and didn't need to download it again?

Or was it you patched once, it failed, you attempted again, and then it worked? the info believe it or not is helpful in a progressive informational way.

The server's are up right now, I'm in game as I type this.
