Ego 4000 and now arkfalls are unplayable?

So I hit ego 4000 on Monday,been playing on EU Xbox servers since day 2,had a few disconnects in my playing time but on the whole the game has been fairly stable.
BUT since hitting 4000 about 70% of the Arkfalls I try to take part in my sound glitches first into a distorted mess but I can keep playing,but then I get a total freeze and lockup and have to reboot the Xbox,by the time I get back in the Arkfalls done and I am standing at a respawn point minus the keys,the loot and the fun of taking part.
It happened on Monday and Tuesday,I was hoping the patch might help but just fired up the game and first Arkfall sound glitch and lockup.Not impressed to say the least.
Now it could be nothing to do with my Ego level but never had these issues before hitting 4000.
So please Trion tell me how to fix this or if any other players have had this problem and found a workround.

Has nothing to do with your Ego. These issues are happening with a lot of people.

If you get knocked offline and then try to get back online, there's no guarantee that you'll get back on the same phase as you previously were.

When you say issues are you referring to my sound glitch then game freeze or disconnects in general.I accept disconnects are fairly standard and am well used to them having played a fair few mmo's for the last ten years.Also my problem is not happening in any other part of the game, just arkfalls.But I do agree my Ego probably has nothing to do with this,just seems strange never had this problem ever until hitting 4000 on Monday,but thanks again.

Happens to me all the time its from the Ark **** so many people will cause my Xbox to freeze. the best way i have found to keep from this happening is to dismount your vehicle before entering the ark fall ( preferably not where every one else is entering and try to stay away from the larger groups of the ark rapers and run to the boarder when ever you start to hear the audio screw up. You wont get as much damage to the boss but at least you will still get keys and XP

Im a pc user and I thought maybe I had some compatibility issue, but now I think of it, the sound in all other games work great, but in this game sometimes when I leave a observatory, the sound starts to loop and crashes my system, just locks up. guess I don't expect them to fix it, I live with it like the 100K other bugs in the game. sorry your going through it I know the feeling

I would have to say it has more to do with server stability.I am almost ego 4900 and do fine at arkfalls until people try to drive around them.Thats when I have sound problems then of course you freeze or get timed out.Or of course the never spawning crystals or the ones the blow up to early.If you have never had issues at arkfalls until now consider yourself very lucky.

Thanks to everyone who has answered.I guess I have been lucky up till now not having issues at Arkfalls but to be honest I have never done them much,just 1 or 2 per game session,thought if I went mad at them the novelty would wear off.
I have started to do them more the last 3 days as I have maxed out most of what I wanted to achieve.
I might have to follow your advice Cale307 so cheers for your help,its going to be odd not to go hell for leather shooting and ressing but getting a freeze towards the end of the Arkfall is a pain to say the least.

P.s Twarrior, i am a slowcoach hitting 4000.I think people were 5000 about 14 days after launch but its more about having fun.

I finished a lot of my pursuits which helps a lot.If you grind through the game without doing them you will stop getting xp around 2600 ego.If you need help with anything feel free to look me up,my in game name is DeathDemon and gamer tag is johnsZ71

In the past 8 or 9 days before the patch the sound thing first happened for me at an ark fall. I was probably only ego 1000 (now 2100) do not think it is related. All of a sudden it was just silent, or only one part of audio can not remember. I think I must have been hearing something as it took a while to work out what was off. From that point it started happening more often usually when it would stop playing sound not long after it would freeze and Id have to reboot the xbox. (I checked on another of my xbox's same issue so its not a console problem) Pretty much ark falls and shadow wars sometimes would get lucky 80% of the time I would get kicked.

Hope they fix it for when i go back to play I also lose audio in clan chat.
When the servers get busy can get kicked several times in a row leading up to patch it got worse hence why I have given up playing now they broke it.
