Some of the Deals in the merchant kiosks had vehicles. Just check back with the merchants when you can, lots of interesting deals like the guns you managed to find, I got a rad little dune buggy from one, friend got once of those light trucks. the dodge challenger is from the timed trial, it was indeed a fast car handled like a brick compared to my buggy though.
Yup there are vehicle deals, I got new 4 wheeler gold and black off the vender deals think it was 500 had like 2mins to go was cool to see it there
Had a friend in xbox beta, I was in pc with another and my cousin was in ps3, cousin was the only one to miss getting a vehicle in the merchants, he was too stunned he saw it only had seconds to go and he missed.
Its random, i went until Sunday afternoon without seeing one, friend on xbox found one within hours of beta start, my friend on pc with me found one friday evening. It's just luck, the deals are really really random and you have to be like a bargain shopper and check each merchant kiosk.
The black dodge challenger is a reward for completing a number of achievements in game.
There is a glitch to do with the dodge time trial that allows you to take it and drive around like you own it (until you log out, than you have to do the glitch all over again)
Is a pursuit you can finish and get it as a reward as well.
