Updated my Defiance PS3 version today June 26...and went to Helping hands mission to Disable the transmission dish and can't climb any ladder to reach a control!!!!!! Fix one ruin another ...thanks...this game is getting ridiculous...

I can confirm ladders broken and so are graphics. in waterfront ladders dont work n the frieght crates half are hollow which means you can walk thru graphics
You have to log off and log back on to get the new hotfix patch. We found out by accident last night after turning the game off for dinner then going back to it.
It seems that PS3 was the only platform they broke with Patch 1.022, and after people played the game within 1 hour they were able to report many areas to TRION where things are broken.
Once they found out about the issue that just required maybe play-testing for 1 hour... which they left up to the PS3 players, they were able to fix the issue quickly.

Yep they did. PS3 only had the "ghosting" issue. It was fun to hide in rocks while it lasted.
