Need More Action in SF!

I tend to stay in the northern part of the map, even though I still have story missions to complete in SF. It just seems like there isn't much going on..an occasional burned out town, a few emergencies, and that is about it. The best part? When there was a siege in that burned out area, which was probably ,my favorite siege area. On a side note, that area would make a good multi-player map....what does everyone think?

Maybe they should should put a casino down there to attract more action..
