Party Chat

Has anyone heard if there is going to be any party chat functionality on go-live? There is a Kinect tuner option but the game is not Kinect enabled.. yet. This usually leads to some voice commands or chat options with it. Would be a shame to have an MMO on xBox and not include a native chat for parties and guilds.

if i read this right i just need to say please do not use the kinect as a mic it has horrible quality and likes to pick up every little noise
